We're everyday people from all walks of life.
Each goin’ our own way.
The way we were we are not now,
We are different today.
But while we were fallin’ someone was callin’
Giving the gifts of life,
The great creator and our Savior
The Holy Jesus Christ
So now we’re ridin for the Church In The Wind,
Yes, we’re ridin, the sinner’s soul we’ll win.
With a cross on our backs we don’t look back
We only see what lies ahead
Ridin’ on to the ends of the earth
We’re commissioned to save the dead
Sharing the Gospel to a sometimes hostile
Slowly dyin' race
To help them believe so they can receive
The riches of God’s grace.
That’s why we’re ridin,
we’re the Church In The Wind,
Always ridin to fight the evils of sin
You see the Sons of Thunder and it makes you wonder
“Can these kind help the lost?”
Well it’s not our leather, it’s the way we're together
All fighting for the same cause
You see, it takes all kinds to reach mankind
And we’re just one small part.
We’re all fighting sin through the Church In The Wind
Serving God with all our hearts.
So we’ll ride on, we’re the Church in the Wind,
Yes, we’ll ride on to free the world from sin.
And so we’ll ride on, we’re the Church In The Wind,
Yes, we’ll ride on to free the world of sin
May the grace of Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2 Corinthians 13:14

Hey, thanks for stopping by and visiting us at Church in the Wind. We are a non-denominational full gospel church. We believe in accepting people as God accepts us...and that is just as we are.
When Jesus came, He came not to judge the world, but to give us life more abundantly and overflowing (John 10:10). This is the good news the Bible speaks of. Being ourselves, being "in the wind", and most of all being in the truth. That is our commitment. Jesus said: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one may come to the Father except through me." (John 14:6)
Our personal relationship with Jesus Christ opens the door to knowing God's will for our lives - not religion and not being religious. There is a big difference between knowing about somebody and knowing somebody. I saw a bumper sticker that said it all...
NO GOD / NO PEACE! KNOW GOD / KNOW PEACE!
That's our prayer - that you might come to the full knowledge of the truth. If you have any questions just give us a call.
May God bless you and keep you safe! Pastor Mike |
What We Believe
THE APOSTLE'S CREED
We believe in God the Father Almighty, The Creator of Heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ His only Son, our Lord. Who was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. Suffered under Pontius Pilot, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into death. The third day He arose again from the dead, He ascended into Heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. And He will come again to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Christian Church, the Communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.
Amen.
We believe that water baptism is a symbolic burial publicly declaring that we have died and are now beginning a new life in Christ. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. -Matthew 28:19

Pastor
I was born again in 1979. After a long battle with my flesh I finally came to the point of surrender. Ya see, I found out that God created me like all others, for fellowship with himself. He made our hearts like a puzzle and left one place for him. Unfortunately we try to fill that place with all the things the world has to offer sex, drugs, rock & roll.
Well the first 10 years of my Christianity was great. Serving others gave me more joy than I could ever imagine. Then a problem arose. I realized that I was telling people the truth (God's word), but I personally was living a lie. Ya see, I got off my Harley into a church bus and God knew that I was more content on that bike than that bus.
So one day the Holy Spirit put on my heart to return to where I once came, the scooter world. Well I started to grow my hair & beard and freaked a lot of people out, but I loved and respected my pastor, and his advice was to go for it. I started a bible study for bikers that soon grew into Church In The Wind. And here we are today, still serving the Lord & fighting sin through Church In The Wind.
Lord Bless,
Pastor Mike
